Why do we have a Management Company?
The CC & R’s provide for the hiring of a professional management company to handle the day to day operations of our community.  The Management Company works with the Board of Directors on maintenance and improvement issues.  The Management Company also provides the support for the Board of Directors in enforcing the CC & R’s.

How Do I Get Access for my Landscaper or Pool Maintenance Person?
If you want to provide access for your landscaper, pool maintenance person or other service provider without you being home, you can purchase an additional access card from J & W Management for $25.00.

How Do I Report a Street Light out?
Each light pole in Vista Paseo is numbered, just call Kate at J & W and inform her of the pole number and she will arrange for the vendor make the necessary repair.

Can I Rent Out My Home?
Yes, however, please review the CC & R’s for all of the reporting requirements.  The minimum rental length is 30 days and is strictly enforced.  A copy of the lease must be sent to J & W Management along with the names of the renting or leasing parties.

When Can I Put My Trash Containers Out?
Currently, our Waste Management Pick Up Day is Monday, you can put your containers the evening before. If you are not going to be here, please ask a neighbor or friend to put the containers at the curb and remove them after the pick up.

And please remember that trash cans should be stored either in your garage or at the side of the house behind your gate, never in front of the garage or otherwise in view from the street.

Can I Park On the Street?
Street parking is allowed, however, it is preferred that you park in your garage or driveway to allow for the smooth flow of traffic in our community.  Overnight street parking is discouraged.  Street parking hinders trash pick up, paper and mail delivery. 

No Parking Is Allowed in front of Fire Hydrants or at Red Curbs. 
This is strictly enforced for safety reasons.

There is a link on the main page of this web site that will allow you to send an e-mail to the Board of Directors or J & W Management.

Can I re-paint the outside of my home without Architectural Committee Approval?
If you are repainting the exterior of your home with the exact same color as previously approved you do not need to submit a request to the Committee.  However, if you are painting a new color it must be pre approved by the Architectural Committee and the Board of Directors.  It is recommended, even though you are not changing the color to just inform Kate at J & W Management that you are painting.  The Committee and Board Members usually ask Kate if a request was submitted when they see work being done.

When are the streets cleaned?
Currently, streets are swept Wednesday mornings.
